1. Introduction
KinetixCore operates MyKhata Drive (the "app"). This Privacy Policy explains what information may be accessed or processed when you use the app, why it is needed, how it is handled, and what choices you have.
Please read this policy carefully. By using the app you acknowledge the practices described here.

Email address and Google profile information
The app uses Google Sign-In. Depending on the information Google makes available and the permissions you approve, the app may receive basic profile details such as your name, email address, Google account identifier, and profile picture (when available).
This information is used only to authenticate you, display account information in the app, and enable Google Drive synchronisation. The developer does not receive or store your Google password — Google handles the sign-in process and authentication credentials.
Phone number
The app may temporarily access or receive a phone number when you use features that require it (for example when creating or editing a contact record).
- The developer does not maintain a separate database of users' phone numbers.
- Phone numbers are not sold or used for advertising by the developer.
- Phone numbers may remain within information you choose to save locally or synchronise to your own Google Drive account.
Contacts
The app allows you to create, view, edit, import, export, or save contact information. Contact data may include names, phone numbers, email addresses, profile photographs, contact notes, and other contact fields you enter or select.
Contact information is personal and sensitive information. It is used only to provide the contact-management functionality you request. The developer does not sell contact information and does not use it for independent advertising or marketing.
Contact information may be:
- Stored locally on your device
- Saved to mobile storage
- Included in app backups
- Synchronised to your own Google Drive account when you enable synchronisation
Android contact permissions: [DESCRIBE WHETHER THE APP READS ALL DEVICE CONTACTS, WRITES CONTACTS, OR USES THE ANDROID CONTACT PICKER]
Access is requested only when required for the relevant feature.
Camera
The app may request camera access so you can:
- Take a contact photograph
- Capture information required by an app feature
- Add an image to app data
Camera access occurs only after you grant permission. The developer does not activate the camera in the background and does not use it for advertising. Photographs you capture may be stored locally and may be included in the data synchronised to your Google Drive account.
Photos and media
The app may request access to photographs or media so you can choose images for contacts or other app records. Only images you select or authorise are accessed. Selected images may be copied into the app's local data and may be synchronised to Google Drive when backup or synchronisation is enabled.
Device storage
The app stores app data and user-created contact information locally on your mobile device. This may include contact records, selected photographs, settings, backups, and exported files.
Locally stored information remains on your device unless you delete it, clear the app's data, uninstall the app, export it, or enable Google Drive synchronisation. Uninstalling the app does not necessarily delete files you have exported to other locations or backups you have created in Google Drive.
Google Drive synchronisation
The app allows you to synchronise app data with your own Google Drive account.
- Synchronisation is initiated or enabled by you.
- The app requests only the Google permissions needed to provide backup and synchronisation.
- Synchronised information may include app data, contact records, phone numbers contained in those records, email addresses, photographs, settings, and backup files.
- The information is stored in your Google Drive and is handled under your relationship with Google.
- The developer does not use Google Drive data for advertising.
- The developer does not sell Google Drive data.
- The developer does not access Google Drive data for unrelated purposes.
- You can revoke the app's Google Drive access through your Google Account permissions.
- Revoking access stops future access but may not automatically delete files that have already been created. You may need to delete backup files directly from Google Drive.
3. Advertising through Google AdMob
The app displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob and its advertising partners may automatically process information such as:
- Advertising identifiers
- Device or app identifiers
- IP address
- Approximate location derived from the IP address
- Device information
- Operating-system information
- App interactions
- Ad impressions
- Ad clicks
- Diagnostic information
- Fraud-prevention and security information
This processing may be used to:
- Deliver advertisements
- Measure advertisement performance
- Prevent fraud and abuse
- Maintain security
- Comply with legal requirements
- Provide personalised advertising when permitted and consented to
- Provide non-personalised or limited advertisements when required
This information may be processed automatically by the Google Mobile Ads SDK integrated into the app.

Consent for personalised advertising
If you are in a region where consent is required (for example the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland), you may be shown a consent message before personalised advertising or related storage is used. You can change your choice later using the app's privacy-options controls where provided.
4. Google Sign-In
Google Sign-In is provided by Google.
- Authentication is managed by Google.
- The developer does not receive or store your Google password.
- The app may receive an authentication token and basic profile information.
- Tokens may be kept securely on the device as needed to maintain your session or to access authorised Google Drive features.
- You can revoke the app's access through your Google Account.
- Google's own privacy policy applies to Google Sign-In.
5. How information is used
Information is used only to:
- Provide the app's contact-management features
- Authenticate you through Google Sign-In

6. Data storage and retention
Local data
Local data remains on your device and is controlled through the app and your Android device settings.
Google Drive data

Authentication information
The developer does not store Google account passwords. Authentication tokens may be processed or retained securely as required to keep you signed in and perform authorised actions.
Advertising data
Advertising data is processed and retained by Google or its advertising partners according to their policies.
The developer does not operate a separate server database containing users' contact records, phone numbers, passwords, financial information, or transaction details.
7. Data sharing
The developer does not sell users' personal data.
Information may be shared or processed only:
- With Google for Google Sign-In
- With Google for Google Drive synchronisation
- With Google AdMob and its advertising partners for advertisement delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, security, and consented personalisation
- When required by law
- To protect users, the developer, or the public from fraud, abuse, security threats, or illegal activity
App data you choose to send to Google Drive is shared with Google only to provide the synchronisation you have requested.
8. Financial and transaction information
The app does not collect or store:
- Bank account information
- Credit- or debit-card information
- Payment credentials
- Financial transaction histories
The app does not include in-app purchases, subscriptions, payment processing, donations, or other financial features.
9. Data security
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to help protect information, including:
- Android permission controls
- Google-managed authentication
- Secure Google authorisation methods
- Restricted access based on permissions you have granted
- Local device protections
- Secure network transmission when synchronising data
No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. User choices and controls
You can:
- Decline camera, photo, contact, or storage permissions
- Disable Google Drive synchronisation
- Sign out of Google Sign-In
- Revoke the app's access through your Google Account
- Delete locally stored information through the app or Android settings
- Delete synchronised backup files from Google Drive
- Reset or manage your advertising identifier through Android settings
- Manage advertisement personalisation through Google's advertising controls
- Withdraw advertising consent when the app provides a privacy-options screen
- Uninstall the app
Denying a permission may prevent the related feature from working but should not affect unrelated features.
11. Data deletion
You can remove locally stored app information by using the app's deletion features, clearing the app's storage through Android settings, or uninstalling the app. Exported files may need to be deleted separately.
You can delete synchronised information by deleting the relevant backup or app files from Google Drive.
You can revoke Google access through your Google Account's third-party connection settings.
For privacy or deletion assistance, please contact: PRAT786.PK@GMAIL.COM
12. Children's privacy
The app is not intended for children under the minimum age required in your country, unless it is specifically designed for children.
Intended age group: 18+
The developer does not knowingly collect children's personal information outside the data processing necessary to provide the app.
13. International processing
Third-party providers such as Google may process information in countries other than your country and apply appropriate safeguards according to their own policies and applicable law.
14. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when app functionality, permissions, third- party services, or legal requirements change. The updated effective date will be displayed at the top of this page.
